14-16lb Smoked Turkey

• 14-16lbs spatchcocked turkey, smoked for over 3 hours.
• Feeds around 14-18 people.
• It will be hot, straight out of the smoker, ready for pickup on Thanksgiving Day.
• Comes in an insulated bag that will keep it warm for up to 5 hours.

The turkeys will be smoked by Chef Marc Siemers from Prime Time Spices. Chef Marc has been barbecuing competitively for over 15 years and is a 9x Grand Champion Barbecue Pitmaster.
